Enes Ovcina is a registered patent attorney with a primary focus on intellectual property litigation. Leveraging his scientific background, he excels in addressing complex technical matters and effectively simplifying these intricate concepts for the benefit of judges and juries. Mr. Ovcina has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of high-stakes disputes, involving complex technologies such as small molecules, communication and wireless platforms, software development, body armor platforms, energy technology within the oil and gas sector, towing systems, medical devices, and virtual world technology. Moreover, Mr. Ovcina has represented clients in various venues, including federal courts and the International Trade Commission. In addition to patent litigation, his practice encompasses trademark and trade secret litigation, commercial litigation, and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining AZA, Mr. Ovcina was a shareholder at a prominent Am Law 100 firm, where he was a member of their Intellectual Property group.
