Samantha Brantley focuses on complex commercial matters in both state and federal courts. Ms. Brantley has handled civil matters for companies and individuals, on subject matters including contract disputes, business torts, fraud, executive-employment disputes, employment discrimination, and catastrophic personal-injury cases. Previously, Ms. Brantley represented financial institutions in multi-billion-dollar securities fraud cases at a large multi-national law firm in New York.
Ms. Brantley earned her law degree from the University of Texas where she was a member of the Texas Law Review and graduated with honors. After law school she served as law clerk to U.S. District Judge Nancy F. Atlas of the Southern District of Texas.
