Sujeeth Rajavolu focuses on intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Rajavolu has experience in all phases of litigation from case acceptance through trial. Mr. Rajavolu has represented both the patentees and the patent challengers in patent cases and handles matters involving complex technologies relating to semiconductors, electronic devices, automobiles, computer science and communications engineering. His patent experience includes case acceptance analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, working with experts on infringement and invalidity contentions, source code analysis, arguing pre-trial motions and trial experience. His engineering background helps in working with experts on complex technical issues and distilling those concepts for judges and juries. In addition to patent litigation, his practice includes inter partes review, general commercial litigation, employment litigation, and trademark disputes.
Prior to law school, Mr. Rajavolu worked as a supply chain manager supervising several cross functional teams in a complex supply chain network. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Kharagpur, India) and a mechanical engineering degree from the Vellore Institute of Technology (Vellore, India).
Mr. Rajavolu graduated from University of California, Irvine School of Law. During law school, he was the Associate Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and served as a full-time judicial extern for the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, as part of the patent pilot program.
