Sean Keller is a trial attorney and a registered patent attorney. He uses his legal and technical expertise to help clients enforce and defend their intellectual property rights in courts across the United States, including District Court and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Mr. Keller is experienced across all stages of litigation. He has argued Markman hearings, deposed expert witnesses, prepared witnesses for examination, and drafted case-dispositive briefs. In 2025, he helped Anonymous Media Research secure a $78.5 million jury verdict against Samsung—one of the top 10 patent infringement verdicts of 2025.
Prior to joining AZA, Mr. Keller worked for a national law firm where he drafted and prosecuted patent applications for a wide range of clients, including startups and large multi-national corporations.
