Brittainie Zinsmeyer is a trial lawyer who has experience handling a wide variety of litigation matters, ranging from complex commercial contract disputes to personal injury cases. Prior to joining AZA, she clerked for two years for the Honorable Judge David Hittner of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and worked as an associate at a different litigation boutique in Houston. She is a former special education and inclusion teacher for Beeville and Conroe Independent School Districts, as well as a math and science teacher for San Diego ISD. She also coached volleyball, basketball, and track throughout her tenure as a teacher.
Brittainie graduated with honors from The University of Houston Law Center where she was on the Houston Law Review, active in the Student Bar Association and the Advocates, and competed for the Mock Trial team. Before attending law school, she graduated from the University of Texas with a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology.
