Grace M. Darrah is a trial lawyer and a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor for The Review of Litigation and a member of the Capital Defense Clinic. Grace was also a member of the UT Bankruptcy Moot Court Team, where she won first place in the 5th Circuit Elliot Cup Competition in 2023 and 2024 and was a quarterfinalist at the 2024 Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Grace was named a member of the Order of the Barristers, a national honorary organization that recognizes law students who have excelled in oral advocacy. After graduating law school, Grace clerked for the Hon. Edward L. Morris of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Before law school, Grace earned her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
