Paul Galante has more than 23 years of practice in complex commercial litigation across many different industries.  He has represented energy companies, major investment banks, international hotel and resort managers, accounting firms, venture capital investors, and professional sports leagues, among others, in matters across the country.  These disputes include a broad range of claims such as breach of contract, business torts, product liability actions, securities fraud class actions, and similar cases. He has also represented companies and individuals in government and internal company investigations.

Prior to joining AZA, Mr. Galante was at Pierce & O’Neill where he practiced for almost a decade. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing a group of foster parents challenging the legal sufficiency of the foster care maintenance payments made by the state of New York which resulted in a significant overhaul of the foster care maintenance payment structure.
