After a five-day trial, Business Court Judge Melissa Andrews ruled that Marathon validly invoked force majeure and was not liable for $26.5 million in damages related to natural gas deliveries it could not make during Winter Storm Uri.

- Successfully defeating mandamus petition before the Texas First Court of Appeals, preserving a favorable spoliation finding.
- Taking a key role in multiple 8 to 9-figure trials, including examining multiple key expert and fact witnesses, as well as handling all aspects of trial including opening statements and closing arguments.
