Michael Andrews is a trial lawyer and a graduate of Cornell Law School, where he was a member of the Cornell International Law Journal. Mr. Andrews joined AZA from a leading global firm where he had a broad corporate practice which included mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and other corporate matters.
Before law school, Mr. Andrews was in the United States Air Force, where he was awarded two Aerial Achievement Medals and an Air Medal for acts of heroism and meritorious achievement while participating in aerial flight. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, where he was the captain of the rugby team.
