Alfredo Montelongo is a trial attorney who focuses on complex commercial matters and has worked on a wide range of business disputes including breach of contract, negligence, fraud, oil and gas litigation, construction defect claims, and commercial real estate disputes. Mr. Montelongo has obtained multi-million dollar judgments for his clients and has also successfully defended his clients from multi-million dollar suits.

Mr. Montelongo was named to the 2023 – 2026 lists of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.

Mr. Montelongo received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served on the Civil Rights Civil Liberties Journal and worked in the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Harvard University.
