Sean Healey is a trial lawyer who handles a variety of cases, including commercial, intellectual property, employment, and civil rights matters.
Since joining the bar in 2024, Sean has taken numerous depositions, delivered opening and closing arguments at trial, and argued hearings at all stages of litigation. He has successfully briefed and argued dispositive motions in an intellectual property case, a contract dispute, and a federal First Amendment lawsuit, achieving success for both individual and corporate clients.
Before joining AZA, Sean graduated with honors from Harvard Law School. In his second year, he interned with the Delaware Department of Justice in the Criminal Justice Division. He also worked as a summer associate at AZA, where he argued and won his first hearing in Texas district court, defeating a motion to compel arbitration.
Before law school, Mr. Healey graduated from Dalhousie University with a B.A. in Philosophy, earning First Class Honors and the University Medal in Philosophy.
