Davis is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who has handled the early stages of disputes all the way to verdict. For instance, in 2025 Davis was a central trial team member in an energy and accounting dispute that zeroed out the counter-plaintiff on its $33 million claim against AZA’s client and then recovered nearly $6 million for the client in the same trial. (Breitburn Operating et al. v. XTO Energy).
Davis has handled cases in a variety of areas including in breach of contract, toxic tort, breach of fiduciary duty, bankruptcy, whistleblower, personal injury, and trade secrets matters. Davis has handled these cases across a wide range of business sectors including energy, healthcare, entertainment, private equity, and more.
Prior to joining AZA Davis received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and his Bachelor’s Degree from Gordon College, where he served as Student Body President.
Davis also received the second-highest score on the July 2024 Texas Bar Exam (out of 3,299 individuals).
