Ariane Mann is an intellectual property attorney in AZA’s Dallas office. She focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling, with depth in patent litigation, copyright, trade secret disputes, and technology licensing.

A former digital forensics analyst, Ariane blends her analytical skills and technical background in computer science to offer clients unique perspectives into complex technologies, including anticipating litigation risk and positioning cases for successful appellate review. She has experience before multiple forums, including district and appellate courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Ariane also has worked across a range of technologies—from data and graphics processing units, mobile and robotics devices, software systems, and display devices to microscopes and tobacco-cessation devices. She advises clients at every stage of the IP lifecycle, from pre-litigation strategy and portfolio counseling to discovery, expert coordination, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining AZA, Ariane developed her litigation foundation at global law firms where she handled all phases of civil discovery, depositions, drafting motions and IPR petitions, as well as working closely with technical experts and reviewing source code. Ariane also clerked for the Honorable Kara F. Stoll of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
