Michael Dylan Thompson is a trial lawyer and a graduate of Yale Law School. Mr. Thompson joined AZA from a leading global firm where he advised clients on a variety of issues related to employment, equity incentives, and other compensation agreements.

While at Yale Law School, he was a member of the Yale Journal on Regulation as well as the Executive Editor of the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics. Before law school, Mr. Thompson graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in Political Science. He completed the 4-year program in 2 years.
