Angela Peterson is a trial lawyer and a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, where she was on the Editorial Board of the University of Chicago Law Review, co-president of the American Constitution Society, and the Board President of Hinton Moot Court Competition. Ms. Peterson also graduated with honors and was 1 of 22 law students selected for the ACS Next Generation Leaders Program. Ms. Peterson’s recent scholarship, Overdue Notice: Using Virtual Marking to Modernize Trademark Notice Requirements, was published in the Stanford Technology Law Review and was selected by Thomson-Reuters as one of the best intellectually property law articles of the past year. Ms. Peterson is a former AZA summer associate.

Before law school, Ms. Peterson attended the University of Wisconsin where she received her bachelor’s degree in music and history. She also was the Director of Public Relations for the Badger Herald.
