Lila Glaser is an intellectual property attorney who focuses on patent litigation. Lila has been a practicing attorney, an expert/consulting economist, and a university professor for more than 20 years. Lila’s areas of expertise are economics, antitrust law, and patent law with an emphasis in the high technology sector.  Her industry experience includes antitrust litigation, economic analysis, patent licensing and litigation and trademark and copyright litigation and protection in the aerospace, civil engineering, computer hardware, computer software, wireless technology, medical and aesthetic devices, food preservatives, infant formula, vitamins, clothing, airlines, hospitals, livestock, racehorses, construction, and publishing industries.

Lila was formerly an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas in consumer protection and antitrust. She has been in house counsel involved in patent litigation in the wireless communication industry, as well as all as aspects of intellectual property protection.  She has been an expert witness economist in both private litigation and class actions involving antitrust, unfair competition and unfair labor practices.   She has been an instructor/professor at both at the graduate and undergraduate levels at universities including Yale University, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, the University of Texas at Austin, the University of Nevada, Reno, and Southwestern University in Texas.

Lila recently served 6 years on the Nevada Governor’s Aerospace and Defense Sector Council. She is a FAA licensed private pilot active in the general aviation community.
