Alexander Dvorscak is a litigator with experience handling a variety of commercial disputes. He has drafted pleadings and dispositive motions, conducted e-discovery and defended companies against class actions and investor opt-outs. As clerk to the Hon. Charles Eskridge, United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Mr. Dvorscak drafted orders and opinions, and prepared bench memos in civil cases. Previously, he advised distressed companies facing mass tort liabilities for a large international law firm in New York.

A graduate of Columbia Law School, he was active on the Columbia Business Law Review and in the Federalist Society where he chaired the Madison Judicial Lecture Series. Mr. Dvorscak interned in the New York State Office of the Attorney General’s Financial Crimes Bureau. There he assisted in witness preparation, wiretaps, and legal research for white collar criminal prosecutions.

Prior to law school he earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from the University at Buffalo.
