Alexander Dvorscak is a trial lawyer with experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes. He has litigated claims for business torts, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, noncompetition agreements, multi-district litigation, and breach of contract and fraud cases. He handles cases from beginning to end including drafting complaints, writing dispositive motions, managing e-discovery, taking depositions, arguing hearings, negotiating agreed injunctions and settlements, and trial.

As clerk to the Hon. Charles Eskridge, United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Mr. Dvorscak drafted orders and opinions, and prepared bench memos for hearings. Previously, he advised distressed companies facing mass tort liabilities for a large international law firm in New York. During law school, Mr. Dvorscak interned with the NYS Office of the Attorney General Financial Crimes Bureau, assisting in criminal prosecutions.

A graduate of Columbia Law School, he was active on the Columbia Business Law Review and in the Federalist Society, where he chaired the Madison Judicial Lecture Series. He also served as the Vice President of DeVinimus, the law school’s wine society.

Prior to law school he earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from the University at Buffalo.
