Steve Jugle focuses on intellectual property litigation. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including invalidity analysis, infringement analysis, economic analysis, claim construction, pretrial discovery, motion practice and trial witness preparation.

Mr. Jugle has also prosecuted patents involving wireless and telecommunications technologies, petrochemicals, materials science, semiconductors, and solar cells and has managed international patent prosecution for a number of clients. Mr. Jugle also has experience with inter partes reviews.

Before joining AZA, Mr. Jugle was an associate at Baker Botts, focusing on patent prosecution and patent litigation.

And before graduating from Harvard Law School, Mr. Jugle obtained degrees in chemical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jugle worked as an engineer for the Dow Chemical Company where he implemented process improvements and process control technologies and ensured compliance with environmental regulations.
