AZA Partner Amir Alavi Featured at ABA Intellectual Property Institute

SAN ANTONIO – AZA partner Amir Alavi shared his IP trial lawyer insights as a featured speaker recently at the third annual CLE Institute on Intellectual Property Law hosted by the American Bar Association. The Institute explores new developments, emerging issues and best practices in IP law.
Mr. Alavi spoke on “What Litigators Wish Transactional Lawyers Would Do Differently: Practical Tips to Create Strong and Enforceable IP Rights.”
Mr. Alavi represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation throughout the country with a focus on IP cases. A driving force behind AZA’s lauded intellectual property group, Mr. Alavi has been listed among the best patent litigators in Texas from 2016-2019 by IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals.
